Dental Arts Associates of Green Bay, LTD

I noticed that my teeth are not as white as they used to be. What can I do?

As we age, sometimes things start looking a little dull with our smile. Maybe it’s a wedding coming up or a class reunion that makes us take notice–but we have solutions!

Our office has basic whitening kits all the way up to customized trays that can help brighten things up at home. We can also do some chair-side procedures (including Boost and LaserWhite treatments) that can give you immediate results.

Worried about sensitivity? There’s ways to deal with that, too. Just ask us!

I have a problem with a tooth. Do you think it will get better on its own? How long should I wait this out?

If you are experiencing discomfort in a tooth, chances are that it is not going to get better with time. In fact, “waiting it out” can sometimes make the situation worse in the long run.

Give us a call at 920.494.9541 and come see us. We want to fix your dental issue as much as you do.

What are my options for paying for treatment?

Our payment policy is that we expect fees to be paid at the time of service, however we are happy to help you process a claim through your insurance company.  Financial arrangements and special financing through CareCredit may be available for patients that qualify.

Click Here to see if you qualify for CareCredit. Flexible payment options are available subject to credit approval. Nervous about the process? Give one of our treatment coordinators a call at 920.494.9541 and they will walk you through it.

We also accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).

Do you take insurance?

All of our dentists are contracted providers with the Delta Dental Premier network, United Healthcare (UHC) PPO / Dental Benefit Providers, Cigna PPO, Sun Life, Aetna, United Concordia, UMR, Guardian, and Lincoln Financial.

Your dental benefit program makes it possible for you to obtain and maintain an excellent level of dental health. We encourage you to get to know your level of benefits.

Need help? We have coordinators on staff that have not only years of experience working at Dental Arts, but backgrounds working for insurance companies. They are well versed in insurance policies, flex spending accounts, health savings accounts and dental benefit plans; so, you can be assured of receiving the maximum benefit as specified by your particular policy.  We will be glad to discuss your proposed dental treatment and help you understand your benefits.

Keep in mind, your dental insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and your dental insurance company. Dental Arts, Ltd. is not involved in the contractual terms of your policy.

Our fees are generally, but not always, covered in full by the maximum allowance for each procedure as determined by most insurance companies. Not all dental services are covered under all dental benefit plans, however.  You are ultimately responsible for all fees incurred for dental services rendered by Dental Arts, Ltd. including any fees that are not covered by your benefit plan.

No insurance? No worries! The next time you are in, ask us about our bookkeeping adjustment! We offer a 5 percent bookkeeping adjustment on the same day of service if you pay with cash or checkbook.

Concerned about what you might pay? We can help. We will gladly give you fees for any procedure prior to the work being done. Give one of our treatment coordinators a call at 920.494.9541 or stop in for a estimate.

*Please note, at this time, our office is not affiliated with Medicare insurance plans.
